• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and update instructional content that supports training objectives. • Transform complex or technical content into clear, engaging, and visually polished learning experiences. • Design and develop instructional materials including ILT, VILT, eLearning (WBT), videos, and job aids. • Convert existing training content into updated, learner-friendly formats. • Apply strong technical writing and visual design principles to learning materials. • Work within established templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

• Operate, configure and further develop the ~50 × 4 application server instances (JBoss, Apache, Tomcat)—VM and OS operations are not part of this role • Manage deployments, connectors, datasources, clustering, load balancing and SSL certificates • Analyze incidents and provide 2nd / 3rd level support—including log analysis, heap dumps and stack traces • Read and interpret Java code to diagnose environment-related issues in collaboration with the Java Developer • Coordinate with the Linux team on maintenance windows, VM sizing and cross-layer troubleshooting • Drive automation and scripting to optimize application server operations

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, to meet current business needs and support future growth • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs • Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora in partnership with third-party resources • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and act quickly to implement solutions • Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora-related changes and dependent system impacts • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes • Ensure system configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance requirements

• Design and deliver an intuitive, high-quality digital quote journey for HNW customers • Demonstrate early working outputs within weeks • Integrate with external and client backend services to enable downstream fulfillment processes • Establish a scalable delivery approach for iterative enhancement • Co-design and implement low-code business applications following OutSystems best practices and client architectural standards • Develop the frontend quote journey with intuitive user interface and seamless user experience • Implement screening logic against client "killer questions" • Build referral mechanisms for out-of-appetite applicants • Hands-on OutSystems application development across Traditional and Reactive Web platforms • Integrate with external services and client backend platforms: • AddressCloud, Headless Drupal CMS, Policy Administration Platform (Merlin), Nexus API Integration Platform, Telephony Outbound Dialler • Design and develop REST APIs for seamless system communication • Ensure data flows correctly through all integrated systems • Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality • Create and update comprehensive technical documentation for all developed applications • Troubleshoot and resolve OutSystems-related issues • Collaborate with Product Owners and perform technical analysis • Communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels, both verbally and in writing
