• Support project teams with project setup and kick-off, coordination, execution, and close-out activities • Coordinate schedules, meeting cadence, and logistics for project teams, client sessions, trainings, and internal team events • Manage Salesforce opportunities, projects, resource planner, and case studies • Coordinate and support the administrative and operational aspects of client engagements from initiation through closeout • Assist with proposal development, project setup, scheduling, document management, meeting coordination, and project completion documentation • Track deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and follow-up items to help keep engagements on schedule • Support business development efforts through assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, meeting logistics, and follow-up coordination • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in project coordination, team support, operations, or a similar role in a professional environment preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, stay ahead of deadlines, and proactively take next steps without requiring close oversight
  • Experience preparing agendas, presentations, status updates, and meeting materials
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
  • 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in a project management discipline and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or the ability to obtain once employed.
