Accounting Analyst

• Perform end to end accounting process for multiple clients • Maintain the books up to date by utilizing softwares such as QBO and Dext • Reconcile clients’ bank and accounting ledgers • Process A/P invoices using bill-pay systems such as Bill.com and Routable • Process payroll journal entries • Prepare, analyze, and review of month-end financial statements and supporting schedules • Perform accounting related project based tasks assigned by the managers • Problem solve with a technology-first mindset • Proactively identify opportunities for automation • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience is required.
  • Experience in Xero is a plus
  • 2+ years of end-to-end accounting experience.
  • 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Exposure to managing multiple clients' books is required
  • Experience with AP SMB Point Solutions such as Bill.com or Routable. is a plus
  • Experience with cloud accounting tools like Xero, Dext, Expensify, Hubdoc, Settle, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience as an accounting reviewer is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with AMs and Clients.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
