• Perform end to end accounting process for multiple clients • Maintain the books up to date by utilizing softwares such as QBO and Dext • Reconcile clients’ bank and accounting ledgers • Process A/P invoices using bill-pay systems such as Bill.com and Routable • Process payroll journal entries • Prepare, analyze, and review of month-end financial statements and supporting schedules • Perform accounting related project based tasks assigned by the managers • Problem solve with a technology-first mindset • Proactively identify opportunities for automation • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements for new clients, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement, to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement. • Identify discrepancies and develop procedures for clean-ups and catch-ups of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Review month-end financial statements to verify accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or issues identified. • Prepare the first financial close workbook for new clients, documenting all issues and open items for resolution. • Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. • Maintain up-to-date books for clients using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct and Dext, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Reconcile clients' bank and accounting ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Process accounts payable (A/P) invoices using bill-pay systems such as Bill.com and Routable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. • Handle payroll journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of payroll expenses and compliance with payroll tax regulations. • Prepare, analyze, and review month-end financial statements and supporting schedules to provide insights into financial performance and trends. • Collaborate with managers on accounting-related projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results in a timely manner.

• Set the culture for the franchise, with Decimal’s values as the baseline. • Oversee financial health: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws. • Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and local contacts that lead to new business. • Manage payroll, benefits, and operational processes. • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, client interactions, and procedures. • Participate in the Decimal franchise network and keep your team connected to it. • Lead Accounting Managers and Delivery Support. • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development. • Own client onboarding and hold it to Decimal’s standards. • Spot operational problems and fix them. • Give the team guidance on compliance and day-to-day operations. • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues. • Review and sign off on complex client engagements. • Keep the firm compliant with GAAP, IRS requirements, and applicable standards. • Guide use of accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Ramp and related tools. • Build client relationships and win new business through direct outreach and referrals. • Match the pace of new business to what the team can actually deliver. • Work with Decimal corporate on marketing and local growth strategies. • Manage local advertising, sponsorships, and community presence
