Sales Representative (Truck Tires)

Role Description As a Sales Representative (Truck Tires), you will maintain and develop long-term relationships within the Truck network and ensure a long-term relationship as the single point of contact in the Belux market. - Perform sales activities in the Truck market and expand the customer portfolio in line with the strategies, policies, and plans to achieve top-line targets. - Optimize customer satisfaction by continuous End Users Fleet (customers). - Sell Truck tyres and services to existing and future customers according to commercial strategies and plans. - Monitor outcome and results with regards to the sales: volume, price, mix, revenue, supply performance, delivery of services. - Optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the delivery of services: market training and consulting on technical and product knowledge, selling skills, retail marketing; implementation of promotions. - Perform required assignments to fulfill company processes like forecasting, pricing, marketing, communication. - Identify new business opportunities both at the customer-level and in the market. Provide relevant feedback on business information relating to customers, consumers, and the market to different stakeholders such as sales management, pricing, marketing. Qualifications - Experience in sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal and external purposes (customer-oriented). - Ability to prioritize work activities and manage them accordingly in an accurate, effective, and timely manner. - Strong affinity for technology and automotive. - Ability to remain focused & positive in under pressure business situations. - Flexible, no “9 to 5” mentality; (flexible work on Saturdays). - Fluent in Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English. - Good knowledge of MS Office.
