• Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan aligned with EMEA business unit goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EMEA. • Facilitate initial orders and demand planning in close collaboration with 3M sales representatives and partners. • Represent 3M’s EMD portfolio, focusing on Cable Accessory, Sensored Cable Accessory, and Locating & Marking solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to support customer needs. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in CRM systems. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to peers and junior sales staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, within the Data Center market.
- Strong, well-established network among key Data Center Hyperscale and EPC market players.
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing strategic key accounts.
- Proven experience working effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

• Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently • Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution • Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners
