Senior Director, AI Program Management
CrowdStrike
• Lead the development and growth of CrowdStrike’s internal AI community. • Create programs that elevate AI literacy, foster peer learning, and accelerate responsible innovation across the enterprise. • Support the ongoing evolution of an internal AI knowledge hub that provides employees with clear guidance, curated tools, and learning pathways. • Build and coordinate a network of AI champions and advocates across functions to ensure broad engagement, rapid knowledge sharing, and consistent support for teams adopting AI. • Oversee high-impact AI initiatives that improve productivity and create new internal capabilities. • Drive programs such as enterprise-wide AI platform adoption, workflow transformation using AI, or company-wide learning and certification efforts. • Manage rollout strategies, communication plans, and training components. • Highlight and celebrate exemplary AI use cases to inspire teams and accelerate organizational momentum. • Contribute to responsible AI practices across the enterprise by partnering with teams on pragmatic, lightweight approaches to safety and compliance. • Support the Enterprise AI Safety Board as it sets standards and reviews high-risk use cases. • Coordinate with AI stewards and Legal partners to ensure emerging practices are well understood, actionable, and aligned with regulatory requirements—while enabling teams to innovate efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, including work in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Direct AI experience is a plus but not required for all years.
- Working knowledge of machine learning, including hands-on exposure to building a few models and the ability to explain foundational ML concepts.
- Familiarity with AI safety and governance principles, including operational and ethical risk considerations.
- Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, DMA/DMA, the California AI Transparency Act, U.S. AI Executive Orders, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001 is a plus.
- Curiosity and drive to stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to execute in early-stage or rapidly evolving product environments—entrepreneurial, resourceful, and delivery-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a broad range of functions.
