Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience
- Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience in a finance or accounting function
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional finance position
- Technical mastery in Oracle EPM/Planning and Power BI
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
- Proven experience managing high-level individual contributors and developing entry-level talent
- Superior ability to "operate in the grey" and influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead the Financial Planning and Management Reporting Processes - In collaboration with the General Manager, responsible for setting ambitious but achievable financial goals. - Drive transparent financial reporting that link market insights and past performance with future outlook. - Leverage BI&A capabilities to develop realistic sales forecast based on relevant market data. - Articulate material risks/opportunities and lead design and execution of contingency plans. - Drive continuous focus on simplification to enable maximum time for business support. - Hold self and others to timelines, quality and accuracy. - Effective communications financial results and plans. Compensation Overview: Guaynabo - PR - US: $168,710 - $204,434 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis.
