• Drive New Business & Grow the Territory - Identify and engage potential customers through email, phone, social platforms, and CRM workflows. • Develop Distributor & Customer Relationships - Foster deep, trust-based relationships with existing dealers and new prospects through consistent follow-up. • Present & Demonstrate Our Products - Conduct in-person and remote product presentations tailored to each customer's needs. • Negotiate & Close - Prepare proposals, navigate pricing conversations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. • Manage Your Territory Like a Business - Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track performance against KPIs, and provide timely updates to leadership. • Collaborate Across Teams - Coordinate with marketing, customer service, technical teams, and leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Support Inbound Customers - Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, guide customers through available solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects the C.H.I. standard of service. • Achieve & Exceed Goals - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and disciplined follow-through.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years experience in multi-state territory management in manufacturing or building industry
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the overhead door industry (Preferred)
- Established relationships within the building products distribution channel (Preferred)
- Experience working in a CRM system (Preferred)
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills (Preferred)
- Experience managing distributor or dealer networks (Preferred)
