Title: Program Integration & Operations Rep, IFG - Level 4 Location: Fort Worth United States Hybrid Job ID: 728803BR Job Description: Description:The Integrated Fighter Group Program (IFG) Integration and Operations office is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication / project management skills and an understanding of program management concepts to help drive IFG's continuous improvement and program operations. What you will be doing: This role is the primary conduit between program management, planning, the project team, and Aero Enterprise Operations. This role ensures that all operational reporting facets of active projects run smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and delivers the quality and client satisfaction outcomes expected by the organization. Core Responsibilities - Operational Oversight - Direct day to day execution of multiple active projects such as Managing monthly Enhanced Program Reporting System (EPRS), Mission Success Events (MSEs); serve as the central liaison among program leadership, planners, project staff, and Aero Enterprise Performance. Support Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs); IFG Scorecard activity, and other business rhythm tasks as assigned (e.g. program reviews, training, employee engagement, etc.). - Issue Identification & Resolution - Proactively identify risks and obstacles, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with program managers, functional leads, and customers to maintain productivity and quality targets. - Progress Monitoring Systems - Design, implement, and maintain dashboards that provide real time visibility into performance metrics. - Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate clear, frequent communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring expectations are aligned and satisfaction levels remain high. - Continuous Improvement - Capture lessons learned, propose process refinements, and support adoption of best practices across the project portfolio. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent experience/education - Experience managing project operations or serving as a liaison between program and functional teams - Clear understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) - Proven record of preparing and delivering clear, concise briefings, status updates, plans to cross functional teams and senior executives. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Power BI, etc. - Experience building interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools. - Track record of working autonomously while influencing and aligning stakeholders from cross functional and program management teams to achieve project objectives. Desired Skills: - Proven experience utilizing the Enhanced Program Reporting System (EPRS) for data driven status reporting. - Solid background in program management (e.g., Program Integrator, Program Office) with end to end execution responsibility. - Working knowledge of F 16, F 22, and T 50 aircraft programs, - Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts and best practices as they apply to aerospace programs. - Exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and action focused; consistently removes barriers to meet schedules and deliver results. - CAM trained or CAM certified with a strong analytical foundation. - Self-motivated "owner" who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and produce high quality outcomes with minimal supervision. - Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; capable of translating complex technical information into clear executive briefings. - Strong interest and aptitude for applying AI and automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance decision making Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
