Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? - Commercial Strategy Services | Growth Operations - Business Operations - Dallas, Texas - Hybrid What you will do:LI-Hybrid #LI-KJ1 As a Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for helping set revenue goals, analyzing data, communicating effectively, collaborating with passion, observing customer needs, understanding revenue strategy concepts, and supporting your portfolio. You will work closely with your direct manager and senior team members to achieve revenue goals and maintain strong relationships with customers. Where you will have impact: - Analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and E-commerce strategy changes for a portfolio of hotels - Support and/or lead revenue calls with Hotel Owners, General Managers, and/or Directors of Sales - Review Daily Glance reports for each hotel in the portfolio and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, and/or strategy implementations - Manage the Online Travel Agent relationships, Travel Ads, and promotion participation to increase conversion and placement for hotel clients - Assist in ad hoc analysis and reports for hotel clients to identify revenue opportunities - Assist or lead the development of new tools, reports, and processes for the Lighthouse team - Utilize revenue management reporting and tools to increase room revenue and grow Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) index for a portfolio of 8-13 hotels - Monitors rate parity across all booking channels and ensures straight-line availability to maximize revenue potential - Provide guidance to hotel teams on the latest brand updates and actionable revenue management opportunities - Utilize and refine AI-driven forecasting models to anticipate market shifts, ensuring rate and yield strategies are proactive rather than reactive to competitor movements About our team: Join our Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) team, who are instrumental in providing exceptional revenue management service for hotels through North America and beyond. The CSS team is made up of 40 Revenue Professionals dedicated to creating an individualized and tailored revenue management solution for each hotel using cutting edge technology and a holistic revenue management approach. Role Description Responsible for the posting of all payments received, balancing to deposit and remittance advices. Posts adjustments, ensuring appropriate account reconciliation and resolution. - Completes appropriate posting of payments to the accounts receivable and applies denials using the collection tool and policies and procedures to achieve department and hospital goals. - Researches all overpayments and ensures batches balance with the remittances. - Ensures miscellaneous cash is posted to the correct GL numbers. - Posts contractual agreement and other adjustments on a daily basis, ensuring appropriate account reconciliation and resolution. - Maintains and facilitates communication within the business and clinical divisions. - Responds professionally and within appropriate timeframes to telephone, e-mail and task inquiries. - Participates in staff meetings, performance improvement activities and committees as assigned.
