Role Description Your mission as Production Coordinator, should you choose to accept it: Support our production operations with immense detail, hustle and heart. You’ll help ensure our production projects run like a well-oiled machine by coordinating shoot logistics and freelancers, booking travel, and scheduling our shoot days. How You’ll Spend Your Time: - 60% — Production Coordination - Coordinate production travel and logistics across photo and video shoots by organizing information, maintaining clear communication with both our internal teams and external client partners, and ensuring all moving pieces are aligned to support seamless execution of production projects. - Assist in booking crew and vendors by coordinating Independent Contractor Agreements, collecting certificates of insurance, and ensuring all production personnel are properly onboarded and compliant prior to shoot dates. - Oversee and maintain FieldWrk’s production calendar by tracking shoot schedules, crew availability, project milestones, and key deadlines to ensure resources are effectively allocated and production timelines stay on track. - Support budget management and production operations by tracking expenses, processing invoices, monitoring project costs, and assisting with financial reconciliation. - 40% — Project Management, Social Media, and Cross-Team Support - Help manage project timelines and contribute to overall project health/delivery by tracking deliverables, updating project statuses, coordinating deadlines, and helping ensure productions and digital media posting remain on schedule. - Provide direct operational support to the Social Media & Digital Marketing teams through daily and weekly task management to keep social content calendars on track. Qualifications - 1-3 years of video and photo production experience as a Coordinator, Production Assistant, or similar. - Proven experience coordinating photo and video production logistics from pre-production through post-production. - Proven experience communicating with clients and building rapport. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time with competing priorities. - Strong sense of proactivity. - Proficient and knowledgeable in travel coordination and booking. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously. - Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across schedules, budgets and production documents. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you have the ability to translate a pile of information or data into clear and actionable logistics. - Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Familiarity with production workflows, crew coordination, call sheets, shot lists, etc. - Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com. - Comfortability in speaking with freelance photographers, videographers, and other crew members. - Understanding of social media content workflows and content production timelines is a plus. - Ability to travel 3-6 days per month, on average. - Willing to work a standard 40 hour work week remotely, on average. - Available during CST hours (9 AM-5 PM CT). - Strong desire to make a positive impact for hardworking industries. Role Description Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Industrial Engineer of Supply Chain & Procurement - Buyer to work in our Canonsburg, PA, office. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Industrial Engineer of Supply Chain & Procurement - Buyer will report to the Procurement Manager, will perform the duties described below, and will be considered an Exempt employee. - Promptly purchase all commodities and technical equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, controls, vessels, and piping) for the manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment systems. - Copy data and compile records and reports. - Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data. - Purchase supplies. - Data entry of all purchase orders. - Assist other departments when required. - Review requisitions. - Confer with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. - Prepare purchase orders or bid requests. - Receive and contact vendors to find out the status of an order. - Contact vendors with discrepancies in quantity and quality. - Interface with all departments and resolve problems and issues with needed purchase items. - Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. - Travel when needed to meet project requirements. - This role can be done remotely but requires 30-50% travel. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Two (2) years of experience is preferred. - One (1) year of experience with SAP is preferred. Requirements - Ability to get quotations from vendors for projects & review them. - Ability to negotiate supplier prices and purchase commodities for projects expediting to meet the due date. - Ability to approve supplier invoices, manage appropriate purchasing budget, check for missing material in the shop, and follow up on partial deliveries. - Ability to maintain budget reports. - Ability to handle nonconformance with the Quality department. - Knowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment systems is preferred. - Prior purchasing experience with international vendors is desired. - Working knowledge of SAP.
