Job Requirements
- 8 years experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
- 5 years experience evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
- 1 year experience specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
- 1 year Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 1 year proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
- 1 year proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.)
- 1 year strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 1 year experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
- 1 year experience in regulated or government environments (preferred)
- 1 year familiarity with process automation or low-code tools (preferred)
- 1 year Lean certification (preferred)
