You will be required to closely interact with internal and external customers to ensure the timely completion of each project, to foster a positive culture. - Responsible for issuing purchase orders and reconciling purchase order issues for enabling. - Process documents for service claims sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty. - Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system. - Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process. - Assist in keeping AR up to date. - Pulls job credit number and assist with credit supplement processing. - Responsible for general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team. - Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement. - Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, an asset. - Construction law and regulation knowledge is an asset. - Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required. - Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
