Job Requirements
- Хороші навички письмового та усного спілкування англійською мовою (B2 або вище)
- 2+ роки досвіду у сфері підбору кадрів, технічного підбору або підтримки в підборі кадрів
- Сильний досвід використання LinkedIn Recruiter та інших платформ для підбору
- Знання передових методів пошуку та технік булевої пошукової оптимізації
- Досвід в пошуку та залученні пасивних кандидатів
- Сильна здатність працювати самостійно та управляти декількома відкритими пошуками одночасно
- Досвід пошуку інженерних, будівельних, BIM/VDC, архітектурних або інших технічних посад є сильним перевагою
- Досвід у підборі кадрів або підборі у США, Канаді, Європі, Азії або LATAM-ринках є сильним активом
- Знання ATS-систем та технологій підбору кадрів

Role Description The Clinical Recruiter plays a pivotal role in building Protocol's clinical workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCMs). This role owns full-cycle recruitment for our core clinical function, partnering closely with clinical leadership and operations to ensure we hire high-quality, mission-aligned clinicians efficiently and at scale. Reporting to the Head of People, this individual will be a critical partner in scaling Protocol's ability to deliver care. This role is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and has experience sourcing licensed behavioral health professionals.
