• Leverage your network to set up meetings for senior Howden RE brokers, with responsibility for business development efforts across North America • Set 8–12+ high-value meetings per week for senior RWI brokers and other senior Howden personnel covering the RE vertical • Develop, maintain, and report on a disciplined and organized regional outreach strategy across the North American RE sponsor, REIT, developer, and law firm landscape • Organize and attend periodic regional roadshows across U.S. and Canadian financial centers, including pre-meeting preparation, coordination with internal deal teams, and post-meeting follow-up communications • Represent Howden Private Capital at industry conferences

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across North America for roadshows, client meetings, and industry events
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of RWI market dynamics in real estate, including banking, real estate private equity, brokerage, or a closely related transactional role
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, producer-driven BD model where meeting volume and pipeline discipline are tracked rigorously
