Role Description The Lease-End Representative is responsible for the efficient recovery and disposal of the company’s assets, specifically Lease-end, while maintaining high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction. - Position level: 4 - Reports: Lease-End Supervisor - Role classification: Fully Remote Possible Tasks within this Role - Invoice Settlement: Negotiate invoice settlements with customers and process adjustments. - Customer and Dealer Support: - Respond to inquiries from customers and dealers, providing information and assistance regarding vehicle purchase, refinancing, re-leasing, extensions, or any other matters related to the Lease-end process. - Process customer lease extensions as required. - Vehicle Recovery: Contact customers who have not returned their vehicle at the dealership at lease end.
