• The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation will serve as a versatile execution lead within the Finance Transformation Office. • This role is responsible for driving the digital, analytical, and project management components of Ford’s Finance evolution. • The Senior Analyst will support high-priority strategic initiatives—ranging from workforce capability building to process optimization—ensuring that our digital platforms are intuitive and our transformation data is actionable. • This individual must be highly adaptable, capable of pivoting between different workstreams as the transformation roadmap evolves, and deeply committed to a continuous improvement approach.

Role Description As Vice President, Finance Operations, you will lead an operational finance team and the strategic finance agenda for Onterris’ Stack and Emissions Air Testing business. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who brings rigor, pace, and clear judgment to complex reporting environments as our business grows. You will own the financial planning and analysis, performance optimization, ROI analysis, and oversight of operational accounting, and the monthly general ledger (GL) close process. - Annual budgeting and modeling - Pricing - Operational project performance - Management reporting - KPI development - Long-range planning - Forecasting - Support M&A and margin expansion initiatives This position can be performed remotely, although the ideal candidate will be within driving distance of one of our major office locations in: - Irvine, CA - Santa Ana, CA - Chicago, IL - Deer Park, TX - Denver, CO - Calgary, Canada Occasional travel is required within the U.S. and to Canada to meet with operational and finance teams and support acquisition activity. The compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, in addition to an annual bonus (20-25%), commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.
