• The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation will serve as a versatile execution lead within the Finance Transformation Office. • This role is responsible for driving the digital, analytical, and project management components of Ford’s Finance evolution. • The Senior Analyst will support high-priority strategic initiatives—ranging from workforce capability building to process optimization—ensuring that our digital platforms are intuitive and our transformation data is actionable. • This individual must be highly adaptable, capable of pivoting between different workstreams as the transformation roadmap evolves, and deeply committed to a continuous improvement approach.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in project coordination, data analysis, or digital enablement within a large-scale organization.
- Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint) to drive global collaboration and transparency.
- Lean Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles (e.g., Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination) and a passion for applying them to complex workflows.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
