Executive Assistant – Part-time
Linear Agency
• Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling • Help organize tasks, reminders, and priorities for the founders • Assist with inbox and email management • Support with administrative tasks and internal coordination • Help book travel, restaurants, appointments, and personal arrangements • Take meeting notes and organize follow-ups/action items • Assist with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and company processes • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally • Help keep everything structured, organized, and moving forward
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is a must
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and easy to work with
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
- Comfortable multitasking and handling different types of tasks
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role (Nice to Have)
- Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting founders, managers, or remote teams (Nice to Have)
