Contracts Assistant
Red Cedar Consultancy
Role Description The Contracts Assistant supports the preparation, review, organization, and management of contracts and legal documents for Red Cedar Consultancy. This role works closely with the Government Contracts Manager and Finance team to ensure contracts and subcontract agreements are accurate, compliant, and properly maintained. - Review contracts, contract modifications, subcontract modifications, and related documents - Maintain contract databases and filing systems - Track contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations - Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance - Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team members regarding contract status - Assist with audits and reporting related to contracts - Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Support the Finance team with administrative tasks Qualifications - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel Requirements - High school diploma or associate degree required
