• Estabelecer e implementar estratégias de testes baseadas em risco; • Elaborar, junto ao time, plano e estratégia de testes considerando os entregáveis do projeto; • Definir e manter matriz de rastreabilidade entre requisitos e testes; • Participar de análises AS-IS e definição de processos TO-BE; • Analisar e validar requisitos de negócio e histórias de usuário; • Elaborar e manter casos de testes utilizando BDD; • Executar testes manuais funcionais e não funcionais; • Realizar testes em APIs REST/SOAP utilizando Postman; • Executar testes manuais em aplicações mobile; • Registrar, acompanhar e apoiar a resolução de defeitos; • Monitorar políticas e processos de qualidade; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos; • Elaborar status reports e indicadores de qualidade; • Apoiar iniciativas de automação de testes.

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for the Velixo NX cross-platform add-in (Windows, Mac, and Web). • Verify the data integrity and performance of real-time API connections between Excel and supported Cloud ERP systems. • Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on complex issues, utilizing review of telemetry logs and API responses. • Work closely with the development team in a "Shift-Left" environment, providing quality insights during the early design phases of new features through the specification review process.

• Solid understanding of testing fundamentals (techniques and strategies); • Skilled in defining quality entry and exit criteria (DoR/DoD); • Proficient in risk-based testing strategy; • Knowledgeable about different types and levels of testing; • Requirements analysis: Ability to interpret and validate software requirement specifications contained in a user story; • Experienced in using BDD to create and update test cases, both functional and non-functional; • Manual testing of REST/SOAP APIs using Postman; • Manual testing of apps; • Experience with issue/tracking platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Mantis); • Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban; • Experience preparing status reports.

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives. • Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (manual and automated). • Prepare and condition test data and ensure test execution readiness. • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and document results. • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and project teams. • Provide regular status updates on test progress, risks, and issues. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities. • Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems. • Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
