• Implementations, migrations, rollouts, and process improvements for SAP S/4HANA • Functional and technical design activities • Process analysis • Creation of functional requirements for application design • Application development, testing, and deployment • Planning and executing data conversion activities • Improvement planning and delivery of problem management

• Act as the technical and functional reference for the SAP CAR module. • Ensure integration of sales and inventory data between POS systems, ERP and other applications. • Configure, monitor and optimize POSDTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit) processes. • Implement and support Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) solutions. • Support the business team with sales data analysis and customer behavior insights. • Define and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, VTEX Commerce, LINX, and other systems. • Drive continuous improvements, incident resolution, and provide second/third-level support. • Prepare technical and functional documentation and perform knowledge transfer to internal teams. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and develop new SAP CAR functionality.

• Develop mobile applications using React Native • Work collaboratively in a team to build scalable solutions • Contribute to architecture and design decisions • Participate in code reviews and agile practices

• Fulfill infrastructure requirements, consistently aiming to deliver optimal solutions in the shortest possible time.

• Support the area's administrative routines; • Perform data entries, run queries and monitor information in SAP; • Assist with internal controls, spreadsheets and administrative reports; • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions related to SAP use; • Ensure information is organized and system data is kept up to date; • Interact with internal departments to follow up on requests, documents and processes.

• Participate in a strategic project focused on the transformation and sustainment of master data processes.

• Liaise and interact with business analysts and client user teams to ensure a correct understanding of reported issues or service requests; • Plan and coordinate the execution of service requests with the development team; • Provide ongoing feedback to client users on the progress of tickets and service requests; • Perform unit and integration testing when necessary to ensure deliverables meet the validated scope; • Propose and lead process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives; • Evaluate and analyze user requests through testing and diagnostics of potential faults and impacts to ensure system stability; • Handle incidents submitted by client users related to SAP modules.

• L2/L3 support for SAP ECC FICO. • Resolve incidents and problems within SLA. • Support financial processes in FI, CO and FSCM. • Support payments, banking and reconciliations. • Monitor jobs, interfaces and IDocs. • Work on integrations with Workday and external systems. • Assist with monthly and annual closings. • Support audits and compliance. • Prepare functional specifications and documentation. • Maintain constant interface with ABAP, Basis, Integration, MM, SD teams and business users.
