Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
  • Previous experience leading or managing a mortgage sales team
  • Proven history of recruiting and developing producing loan officers
  • Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and guidelines
  • Established referral network and business development mindset
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Active NMLS license preferred
