Role Description Your mission as WordPress Web Developer, should you choose to accept it, is to help us build and maintain the most impactful, user-friendly, and well-built websites for the clients we serve. How You’ll Spend Your Time: - Using detailed Figma mockups and UI systems, you’ll custom-code full websites and new functionality for existing websites. - Work closely with the Director of Web Development to maintain coding standards and deliver websites that are simple, clean, and easy-to-maintain/easy-to-use. - Populate and manage the content of websites including images, videos, copy, metadata, and custom post types. - Ensure the technical functionality and health of all hosted websites and conduct periodic QA processes. What you will get to do day-to-day (key responsibilities): - Develop new websites using custom WordPress themes with simple file structures. - Use Figma for reference and assets. - Troubleshoot issues with existing websites. - Develop new features for existing websites. - Utilize Figma and Photoshop to ensure all imagery is web-ready. - Utilize Figma and Adobe Illustrator to adjust graphics as needed for web. - Copy-paste and reformat copy into websites. - Maintain GitHub code repositories for 50+ websites with multiple team members. - Monitor and resolve issues with hosted websites utilizing services such as WPEngine and WP Remote. - Properly use development/production environments with multiple active branches. - Adhere to all company coding standards and best practices. Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience coding custom WordPress websites. - Expert knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields WordPress plugin. - Expert in HTML/CSS/jQuery/PHP. - Very proficient using the Bootstrap framework. - Knowledge of GitHub or similar code-versioning tool. - Proficient use of Figma. - Experience with WPEngine is a plus. - Experience with Gravity Forms WordPress plugin is a plus. - Experience working with ATS systems (XML feeds/API) is a plus. - Graphic design experience is a plus. - Willing to work a standard 40 hour work week remotely. - Available during CST hours (9 AM-5 PM CT). • Desenvolver, testar e manter programas COBOL/JCL para plataformas de pagamentos e processamento de cartões; • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes em ciclos batch (EOD/SOD) e fluxos transacionais online via CICS; • Implementar e manter fluxos regulatórios brasileiros como Pix, TED, DOC e SPB integrados à plataforma de cartões; • Criar e executar scripts automatizados de testes para releases e mudanças regulatórias; • Apoiar processos de liquidação e reconciliação junto às bandeiras Visa, Mastercard, Elo e demais adquirentes; • Documentar especificações técnicas, fluxos de dados e mapas de processamento; • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de Produto, Negócio e Compliance para atendimento às normas BACEN e LGPD; • Participar de projetos de upgrade de sistemas, conversão de portfólio e onboarding de novos clientes; • Conduzir testes SIT e UAT garantindo estabilidade e qualidade das entregas.

• Build and deploy ~100 transactional and lifecycle emails in Maropost — order confirmations, shipping notifications, refunds, cancellations, account updates, abandoned cart, welcome/onboarding, reorder flows, product review requests, and promotional campaigns • Develop a reusable, modular component library plus a global header/footer system aligned with the client's new design system • Implement Liquid-based dynamic templates with conditional logic for variables like customer type (e.g., preferred customer vs. unaffiliated buyer), autoship vs. non-autoship, affiliate flows, subscription lifecycle events, and lead routing • Configure multi-country and multi-language localization • Audit the client's existing Mandrill email inventory and migrate flows to Maropost (or support a hybrid approach if needed) • Wire up Shopify triggers to Maropost flows; validate end-to-end functionality alongside the broader platform migration • Coordinate with subscription tooling (Seal Subscriptions) for subscription-related email events • Support a dedicated QA phase covering business logic variability, localization, deliverability, and rendering across major clients and devices • Document templates, components, and conditional logic so the client's marketing team can maintain and extend the system post-launch
