Role Description We're looking for a Project Manager to bring structure and delivery discipline across multiple active projects spanning software development, art and design, QA, and ongoing delivery in a live service environment. You'll report directly to the CEO and have visibility into strategic conversations, but the heart of this role is hands-on project management; keeping complex, cross-functional work organized and moving. The role suits someone comfortable working across both development and creative production, who understands the realities of iterative delivery. You should be highly organized, confident using Jira as a real operational tool, and able to support teams through planning, review, QA, polish, and release cycles. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience managing projects for a cross-functional production team. - Strong Jira experience. - Experience working with software development teams. - Experience coordinating art/design workflows alongside development. - Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments. - Experience coordinating QA/testing and review cycles. - Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams. - Strong written and spoken English. - Must be located between UTC-5 and UTC+3. Nice to Have - Experience with Unity-based products. - Experience in edtech. - Experience working on live products with ongoing post-release development, support, and iteration. • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic professional services projects, including space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure deployments, and digital signage implementations. • Develop and manage project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans from kickoff through go-live. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams – Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors – ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to client expectations. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating appropriately while maintaining client confidence throughout the engagement. • Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and strengthen delivery methodology. • Support executive-level discovery sessions and workshops to understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and technology environments.
