• Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, industry events, partner channels, and executive networking. • Own your pipeline end-to-end: maintain rigorous hygiene, accurate stage progression, and reliable forecasting. • Develop and execute account entry strategies for named target accounts. • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through commercial negotiation and contract close. • Orchestrate internal pursuit teams to co-create winning solutions. • Take the lead on proposals and RFP responses. • Land initial engagements and rapidly expand footprint by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and key business leaders. • Conduct executive-level QBRs and Strategic Business Reviews.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluent) and Spanish.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Director, or in a high-level strategic account management role within the tech/fintech space.
- Deep domain expertise in the financial industry (SWIFT, blockchain, digital assets, and insurance).
- Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder professional services or technology solutions with 6–12 month sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development.
- Strategic storytelling ability.
- Empathy-led leadership.
- Sharp communicator and negotiator.
- Financial acumen.

Role Description As a Donation Outreach Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible for: - Providing grief support to potential donor families while advocating for donation via phone calls. - Initiating contact with the legal next of kin according to the UAGA hierarchy. - Leading a supportive discussion and interview process regarding donation. - Processing referrals from multiple partners/sources in a timely manner with a focus on quality client service and attention to detail. - Collaborating with internal/external partners to prioritize all donation opportunities. - Triaging calls by urgency and routing to appropriate coordinator. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s Degree (Psychology, Social Science, Human Services, Humanities). - 3 years of experience working with families through counseling, bereavement, and/or crisis intervention with a High School Diploma/GED, or 1 year with an Associate Degree. - Experience with donation approach in an OPO/Tissue environment. Requirements - 2 years’ experience working in supportive services such as Social Work, Counseling, Death Doula, or Palliative Care. - 2 years’ experience as an EMT, Corpsman, ER/ICU tech, or equivalent experience, or dispatch for emergency services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to review and interpret complex procedures and policies in real-time. - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. - Ability to efficiently type critical data points into multiple electronic platforms. - Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. - Ability to navigate basic troubleshooting and operations of provided technology. - Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care. - Demonstrates effective collaboration with internal/external teams. - Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload.
