• Own customer installations and validator onboardings end-to-end on CatalyX Blockchain Manager, including budget, timeline, resources, risks, and tasks. • Act as the primary client contact during installation, onboarding, and go-live, ensuring a predictable path from contract signature to production validator. • Lead, mentor, and grow the CX Team at capacity planning, hiring, role definition, and development paths. • Drive timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating across CX, engineering, product, SRE, and support, with clear escalation paths for production-critical incidents. • Maintain a clear delivery overview across all active engagements: validator status, onboarding stage, open issues, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones. • Produce regular reports for internal leadership and for clients: delivery health, SLA performance, onboarding progress, incident trends, and improvement actions. • Define, document, and continuously improve CX processes for installation, onboarding, upgrade campaigns, escalation handling, and ongoing customer success. • Embed compliance, security, and business continuity requirements (DORA, SOC 2 expectations) into every engagement. • Partner with CatalyX product and IntellectEU engineering to feed customer insights back into the roadmap, and support pre-sales by representing delivery feasibility, timelines, and complexity. • Build relationships with customer stakeholders, from blockchain architects to CTOs and operations leads at Tier 1 financial institutions. • Own client usage reporting across the CatalyX suite: track validator counts, traffic consumption, tier utilisation, and feature adoption, and deliver regular usage reports to leadership and clients. • Maintain the License Support Board as the single source of truth for client information: contracts, tiers, entitlements, license terms, renewal dates, support contacts, and engagement history. • Assist account management with renewals, upsell opportunities, and client health reviews: surface usage and delivery signals that inform commercial conversations, flag at-risk accounts early, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for high-availability, API-enabled applications. • Validate application functionality, performance, and reliability within complex environments. • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. • Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects. • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

• Design, build, and deploy distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions and smart contracts using Solidity, Java, and REST APIs. • Implement secure transaction logic using cryptographic techniques to protect digital assets and prevent unauthorized access. • Research, develop, and implement various blockchain protocols and consensus algorithms. • Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. • Integrate blockchain solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance, network issues, and blockchain transaction problems. • Develop documentation and technical specifications for blockchain implementations. • Contribute to continuous improvement, DevOps practices, and operational support. • Work with AWS deployment environments and infrastructure tools.

• Align and coordinate technical leads across roles and ensure architectural consistency across projects • Define and enforce engineering standards and own technological choices and selection of tooling for the practice. • Ensure consistent use of AI frameworks, orchestration layers, and integration patterns • Set standards for designing and implementing Agentic AI systems • Establish AI governance (traceability, explainability, compliance, monitoring) • Validate smart contract and distributed system architecture decisions • Ensure DevSecOps alignment in regulated environments • Partner with Product and Delivery leads to ensure realistic engineering planning • Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies • Define and track engineering KPIs and promote automation and AI-assisted engineering productivity • Develop structured improvement initiatives and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.

• Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, industry events, partner channels, and executive networking. • Own your pipeline end-to-end: maintain rigorous hygiene, accurate stage progression, and reliable forecasting. • Develop and execute account entry strategies for named target accounts. • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through commercial negotiation and contract close. • Orchestrate internal pursuit teams to co-create winning solutions. • Take the lead on proposals and RFP responses. • Land initial engagements and rapidly expand footprint by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and key business leaders. • Conduct executive-level QBRs and Strategic Business Reviews.

• Participate in requirements/design reviews to ensure testability and become acquainted with new product enhancements • Create and support comprehensive test documentation (including test plans/test specifications/test results) to align with project requirements and timelines • Develop and maintain test cases/test scripts/test suites • Test data and test environment preparations • Execute manual and automated test cases to identify and report defects • Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying cause of bugs • Automate repetitive manual tests using Java • Developing and executing non-functional tests (performance) • Select and implement appropriate testing tools based on project needs • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various frameworks • Troubleshoot issues with testing tools and suggest improvements • Work on new and enhanced software releases of applications in an accurate and timely fashion • Collaborate with developers to prioritise and resolve defects effectively • Proactively identify and propose improvements to the testing process • Stay up-to-date with new testing methodologies and tools

• Define and execute the vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals. • Lead a distributed engineering team on Web3.0 projects, facilitating cross-project collaboration. • Define the roadmap of R&D activities for the Emerging Technology department. • Ensure efficient resource management, planning, and recruitment in coordination with the company’s delivery management group. • Report on the program activities, progress, and risks to the Head of Delivery. • Manage the financials of the area, including marginality, billability and project budgeting approval. • Mentor and support project managers of the department. • Support the sales team by defining business programs and providing comprehensive knowledge of each program.
