Account Manager

• Prospect, map, and develop new enterprise clients with a focus on the São Paulo market. • Focus on hunting, taking responsibility for actively generating new business in the enterprise segment. • Build relationships with technology influencers and decision-makers at mid-size and large companies. • Identify opportunities to sell outsourced technology professionals. • Conduct consultative sales by understanding the client’s pains, challenges, and context before designing the solution. • Prepare account plans, approach strategies, and stakeholder mapping. • Manage sales pipeline, CRM, follow-ups, and opportunity forecasting. • Lead meetings, presentations, diagnostics, proposals, and commercial negotiations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between the commercial proposal, technical profile, timelines, margin, and delivery capacity. • Monitor the market, competitors, and hiring trends in technology to generate commercial intelligence for BHS.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B consultative sales.
  • Experience selling to mid-size and large companies.
  • Experience working with long sales cycles.
  • Established relationships with technology decision-makers or influencers.
  • Experience selling to CIOs, Heads of Technology, or Technology Managers.
  • Strong active prospecting (hunter) skills.
  • Pipeline and CRM management.
