Role Description As a Delivery Lead within the Core Solutions Business of HMH, you will manage the delivery of solutions to HMH customers. You will collaborate and coordinate with development teams, leveraging Lean Agile and project management skills to develop and release digital-first solutions that solve specific market problems in the Ed Tech sphere, with a focus on helping teachers and enhancing student outcomes. With guidance and coaching, you will serve either as a Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master or Delivery Lead on a cross-functional Scrum team responsible for delivering content solutions. Role Description The Director of Product and Strategic Partnerships, Instructional Connections Partnerships (ICP) is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for the next phase of the ICP program. This role combines product management and partnerships, with ownership of both the ICP product and the partner program that supports it. ICP is also a key lever for strengthening customer retention by making MAP Growth more embedded in districts’ instructional ecosystems through high-value integrations. As ICP evolves, the Director will lead a more focused and higher-impact approach to partnerships, strengthening existing relationships while advancing an open ecosystem strategy that supports integration across a wide range of partner solutions. Role Description The Renewals Specialist plays an integral role in the continued success of the district partners served by NWEA. Through effective collaboration with the Sales Team and Customer Success Partners, the Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing all renewal opportunities assigned to them. The Renewals Specialist engages directly with customers to renew and expand digital licenses and professional learning services, driving towards achievement of company sales objectives.
