Role Description As the Global Benefits Manager you will support the design, governance, and delivery of benefits programs across multiple countries. Working closely with the Global Pension and Benefits Manager, you will help ensure benefits are well-managed, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global benefits principles, while supporting a positive employee experience. Acting as a trusted partner, the FRM delivers education, guidance, and problem-solving support to optimize billing practices, reduce reimbursement barriers, and improve patient access to testing. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to address customer needs, influence access strategy, and ensure compliant engagement. This highly visible role plays a key part in supporting commercial execution and enhancing customer experience through proactive and responsive reimbursement support.
