Technical Analyst
Rollout IT
• Support of existing projects: gather, clarify and organize requirements • Create and maintain concept designs (high-level solution proposals) • Write, break down and refine Jira tickets (user story / task / bug) • Document requirements and coordinate with developers, testers and business stakeholders • Support the project manager: prepare statuses, dependencies and prioritization • Develop functional specifications and acceptance criteria (AC) • Support smaller ad-hoc analyses, reports and validations • Participate in manual testing
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst role (or similar)
- Confident use of Jira (ticket creation, workflows, basic prioritization)
- Experience with IT projects (agile/scrum environment)
- Structured thinking, strong communication skills and routine handling of stakeholder alignment
- Experience producing documentation
- Basic technical orientation: understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations
- Able to work independently and proactively, with strong deadline discipline
