Telemetry Field Engineer I-IV

• Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification to prepare systems for customer delivery • Commission and validate systems at customer sites, including on-site testing, wireless communication surveys, and safety adjustments • Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues in factory and field environments • Support customer acceptance testing during factory testing and on-site installation milestones • Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training to operators and customer teams • Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to ensure safe, reliable, and timely system deployment • Level I: Support senior field engineers with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation while building technical and field experience • Level IV: Serve as the on-site technical lead, coordinating daily activities, mentoring junior engineers, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
