Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

TaskUs

• Manage the administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, including document collection and processing, background verification and contract management • Manage candidate and employee data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant systems. • Liaise extensively with candidates to deliver a best in class onboarding experience. • Support the generation of reports and analytics related to talent acquisition operations. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of talent acquisition process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts. • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies within the talent acquisition function. • Assist with various operational tasks to support talent acquisition operations, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, organizing recruitment events, and managing recruitment-related communications. • Collaborate closely with talent acquisition team members and other stakeholders including payroll and HR to support overall talent acquisition objectives. • Actively participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of talent acquisition operations, HR processes, and related systems and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in Affiliations (enrollment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment and/or HR systems and technologies is desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR and talent acquisition concepts is beneficial.

What you'll do - Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists. - Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, social media, and other platforms. - Identify potential candidates through job board and social media sourcing. - Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates. - Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows. - Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders. - Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members. - Support continuous updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Conduct initial provider verifications. - Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums for additional services. - Assist in compiling and communicating onboarding details to internal teams. - Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Fully proficient in all ATS functions and recruitment platforms, with seamless navigation. (Greenhouse experience a plus) - Independently manages full-cycle recruiting for most positions. - Collaborates effectively with hiring managers across multiple departments. - Assists in resolving candidate concerns and addressing process inefficiencies.
