Role Description TeleMed2U is seeking a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of our national, multi‑specialty telehealth provider network. In this role, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting of healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and states. You will play a critical role in building strong provider pipelines and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Success in this role means being proactive, detail‑oriented, and relationship‑driven—able to guide providers through the recruiting process with transparency and care while meeting hiring goals that support TeleMed2U’s mission of expanding access to high‑quality virtual care nationwide. What you'll do - Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists. - Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, social media, and other platforms. - Identify potential candidates through job board and social media sourcing. - Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates. - Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows. - Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders. - Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members. - Support continuous updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Conduct initial provider verifications. - Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums for additional services. - Assist in compiling and communicating onboarding details to internal teams. - Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Fully proficient in all ATS functions and recruitment platforms, with seamless navigation. (Greenhouse experience a plus) - Independently manages full-cycle recruiting for most positions. - Collaborates effectively with hiring managers across multiple departments. - Assists in resolving candidate concerns and addressing process inefficiencies. What You’ll do - Provide 100% virtual medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via secure telehealth platform - Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, including dietary intake, lifestyle factors, and clinical history - Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on provider diagnoses and evidence‑based guidelines - Support patients managing chronic and preventive health conditions, including: - Diabetes and prediabetes - Obesity and weight management - Cardiometabolic conditions (hypertension, dyslipidemia) - Gastrointestinal conditions - Endocrine‑related nutrition concerns (thyroid disease, PCOS, metabolic syndrome) - Deliver nutrition counseling, goal setting, and ongoing education to support sustainable behavior change - Review labs, clinical documentation, and care plans to guide treatment recommendations - Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record (EMR) - Collaborate virtually with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical care teams - Adhere to telehealth best practices, HIPAA standards, and internal clinical protocols - Maintain active licensure and compliance with California regulations Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experience - Prior telehealth or remote clinical experience preferred - Strong knowledge of evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy and chronic disease management - Comfortable delivering care exclusively in a virtual clinical environment - Excellent communication, documentation, and patient engagement skills - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote, multidisciplinary team - Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms - Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth visits - Bilingual a plus Licenses & Certifications - Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Nutrition required. - Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Certification is required. - Multiple state license preferred Benefits - Competitive Salary $60,000-$80,000 a year - Bonus potential - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer contribution - Paid time off and paid holidays - Employee assistance program - Malpractice coverage - Monday – Friday schedule - Fully supported telehealth infrastructure TeleMed2U is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive and free of discrimination.
