Job Requirements
- Previous SMB sales experience, ideally within payroll software or SaaS.
- Fluently bilingual (oral, written, communication) in French & English.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- An ability to sell on value vs features and functions
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- A deep sense of curiosity and desire to grow
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage opportunities and communications.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Bonus points if: You have experience using HubSpot CRM.
