Senior Game Engineer – Graphics

• Build and maintain production-quality gameplay systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5 with minimal oversight • Own and evolve rendering systems in Unreal Engine 5, including lighting, materials, particles, post-processing, shadows, and graphics scalability • Collaborate closely with artists to prototype and implement stylized rendering features, shaders, VFX workflows, post-process effects, camera techniques, and other expressive visual systems • Optimize rendering performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and platform constraints • Investigate and fix graphics, rendering, and visual pipeline issues

Job Requirements

  • Strong expertise in real-time rendering techniques and modern graphics pipelines
  • Excellent C++ programming skills
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and its rendering framework
  • Experience building designer- and artist-facing components and tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive technical initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both engineers and artists
