Job Requirements
- Senior-level Unity experience, Unity 6 or recent versions
- iOS and Android
- Shipped at least one live mobile game with a significant user base.
- Deep, demonstrable experience with Unity profiling tools (Profiler, Memory Profiler, Frame Debugger, Profile Analyzer) and platform-native tools (Xcode Instruments, Android Studio Profiler, RenderDoc or similar)
- Track record of measurable performance wins you can talk about concretely – numbers, before/after, what you tried that didn't work
- Comfortable in a solo specialist role: you set the standard, you don't wait to be told what to optimize
- Highly proficient in English
