• Support execution of construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing transactions. • Coordinate lender due diligence requests, underwriting packages, closing checklists, and data rooms. • Assist with review and comparison of loan terms, pricing, leverage metrics, reserves, and covenant structures. • Track financing timelines and proactively identify execution risks or bottlenecks. • Build and maintain project-level underwriting and capital stack models. • Analyze project returns, debt sizing, DSCR, LTC/LTV, interest carry, and sensitivity scenarios. • Support appraisal, lender, and investor packages with accurate financial analysis and project assumptions. • Prepare executive summaries, lender memos, and internal strategy materials. • Manage financing trackers, covenant calendars, and draw process coordination. • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for lenders, brokers, consultants, and financing counterparties. • Maintain organized diligence vaults and ensure timely delivery of information requests. • Support long-term lender relationship management through responsive communication and execution reliability.

• Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support • Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally • Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows depending on business and queue needs • Maintain a high-quality customer experience by using empathy, clear communication, and Wolt’s tone of voice • Follow internal processes, company policies, playbooks, refund policies, escalation paths, and operational guidelines • Use multiple tools at the same time, including support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases, and operational tools • Stay up to date with new processes, market changes, training materials, and internal updates

• Support the execution of programmatic campaigns across DSPs to drive customer acquisition and engagement • Assist in managing the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, pacing, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues • Analyze performance data and implement optimizations across targeting, creative, and bidding to improve efficiency and ROI • Partner with Data, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and brand standards • Contribute to reporting and insights by tracking performance and helping quantify the impact of programmatic on customer growth
