Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote parent training role. In this position, you will provide parent training and caregiver support services for families of children receiving ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload without the demands of in-clinic supervision. Our company is family-owned, collaborative, and focused on creating sustainable clinical environments for both staff and families. Responsibilities - Conduct parent training sessions via telehealth - Complete behavioral assessments and treatment recommendations as needed - Develop individualized treatment goals and caregiver strategies - Provide coaching and support to caregivers using evidence-based ABA practices - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Manage your own schedule and caseload responsibilities - Adhere to all ethical, payer, and licensing standards Qualifications - Current and unrestricted BCBA certification - Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure - TMHP credentialing preferred - Previous ABA and caregiver training experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and self-motivated - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - CPR/BLS certification preferred Requirements - Candidates credentialed with TMHP are strongly preferred.
