• Process utility invoices within the Cost Management system (BillTrak), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements • Monitor and manage multiple workflow states, including Priority Process, Balance Forward Review, and Credit Balance workflows • Complete invoice processing within the same business day to mitigate risk of service disruption • Review supplier portal balances and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing errors, and account variances • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and drive resolution • Initiate, manage, and reconcile utility disputes and re-bills • Maintain ownership of disputes through resolution, with a target resolution timeframe of 90 days • Track and document daily status updates within the company’s dispute management system • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners • Engage in both asynchronous and real-time communication methods • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across workflow and dispute tracking systems • Perform special projects and reporting/analysis as assigned • Provide support across Managed Services clients as business needs arise • Serve as backup support for team members on invoice processing and related workflows

Role Description We are currently seeking an Analytics Intern to assist the Peachtree Hospitality Management Analytics team. This role is the perfect opportunity for a student seeking exposure to analytics, forecasting, and budget preparation. This is a short-term project (4-6 weeks) beginning July 6th. This is a remote, work from home opportunity, and you may be based outside of the greater Chicagoland area. The Informatics Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory/Inpatient) is responsible for serving as a coordinating analyst on designated information systems, informatics, technology-focused, and quality evaluations and initiatives. The Informatics Analyst works as a liaison with clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and professional allied healthcare workers, to help understand and optimize information technology systems. The position collaborates with interdisciplinary workers to craft operational and quality solutions for medical translation, pharmacy, and other services. The position performs data aggregation, analysis, data presentations, and administrative tasks related to the coordination of proposed and existing projects. The role may serve as lead and/or provide guidance on designated projects. - Provide project coordination support and leadership for designated information systems, informatics, technology-focused, and quality evaluations and initiatives. - EMR system analysis and design. - Supports strategic initiatives and projects, including collaborating with physicians and staff, collecting and analyzing data, developing summary reports, dashboards, and scorecards. - Performs other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred. - Experience with hospital information systems and Epic builds strongly preferred. - Epic application certification (EpicCare Ambulatory or EpicCare Inpatient) strongly preferred. - Two or more years of post-undergraduate experience in a clinical setting, leadership, project management role with proven results, or equivalent. - Knowledge of the US health care system. - Strong analytical skills (Excel and Access experience required) and excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to use analytic software, report generating software, and analyzing/handling large databases. - Ability to prioritize and achieve goals of multiple simultaneous projects. - Basic presentation creation skills (PowerPoint skills). - Demonstrated ability to understand complex metrics/drivers related to patient care. - Self-motivated, able to plan and organize tasks across multiple projects, and ability to meet deadlines.
