Role Description WONGDOODY APAC has brought together a world-class team of creative experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. We are looking for an Experience Designer (UX/EX/CX) in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you’ll help develop and evolve onboarding, business products and self-service experience within the financial sector. You will consult and create measurable rapid prototyping and concepting for interaction design experience testing. You´ll be part of our growing consulting team focused on financial services and experiences. Responsibilities - Very strong UX skill sets and strategic design to build out research and roadmaps for customers and understanding of Finance and Insurance - Rapid concepting and Interaction Design (i.e. user flows and mapping) - Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals - Practical design for immediate delivery - Documentation of scenarios and UX flows - Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers - Stakeholder review/testing of concepts - Low and Mid-Fidelity Designs - Prototyping - End-to-End User flows - Map out error scenarios - Map Entry/Exit points for different channels/platforms - Information Architecture - Usability testing Qualifications - 3+ years of experience working at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer - Strong interaction designer with detailed flows and interaction design capabilities - Solid Sketch and Invision skills - Portfolio of key projects delivered in past years, highlighting your role, deliverables, and successes - Excellent communication skills (both in conversation and in writing) - Familiarity with technical considerations for mobile customer experiences - Experience developing detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns - Worked within collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver multiple successful projects - A sense of humour!
