• Lead, build and evolve our brand system • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal expression across our product and service experiences. • Define and evolve brand experience for our products, ensuring visual and verbal expression is cohesive across our digital and physical surfaces. • Develop and extend ADC’s living brand system, including iconography, illustration, motion, photography, patterns, packaging, design tokens, and component libraries. • Create scalable guidelines, frameworks, and design resources that enable consistent, high-quality brand expression across products and teams. • Ensure the brand system remains flexible, expressive, and adaptable as our product ecosystem grows. • Design and guide creative execution across key surfaces, including product UI, packaging, websites, and service journeys, ensuring the brand is expressed cohesively across both physical and digital touchpoints. • Partner closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure brand and product experiences feel unified and intentional. • Lead high-impact design initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring strong visual craft and thoughtful storytelling. • Provide creative leadership through hands-on design, critique, and collaboration, raising the bar for visual quality and brand expression. • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver work that aligns with user needs, brand strategy, and business goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, product design, or creative direction roles
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and verbal thinking, bold creative ideas, and measurable impact across product and brand experiences
- Experience shaping brand expression for digital products
- Expertise translating brand systems into product experiences, ensuring consistency across end-to-end experience
- Strong visual design craft, including typography, motion, layout, and interaction design
- Experience developing or evolving design systems, component libraries, and brand toolkits
- Experience designing packaging or physical product touchpoints
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to align cross-functional teams around creative vision
- Ability to synthesize insights from patients, providers, and internal teams to inform design decisions
- Strategic thinking and business awareness, connecting creative work to product and organizational goals
- Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated industries is a strong plus.

Role Description Echo Power is seeking an experienced Engineering Designer to lead design efforts on complex engineering projects supporting critical infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, and utility environments. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical resource within the design team, collaborating closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and cross-functional disciplines to deliver high-quality, code-compliant project documentation and technical solutions.
