Role Description We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Director to drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This is a 1099 commission-only role with uncapped residual income earning potential, designed for experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurial self-starters. What You’ll Promote: - Managed IT Services (MSP) - Cybersecurity Solutions - AI Strategy & AI Enablement - AI Integrations & Automation - Web Development & Website Redesigns - Mobile App Development - Cloud Infrastructure & Digital Transformation Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives - Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and business development managers - Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics for the team - Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting - Drive new business development and key account acquisition - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners - Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large deals - Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and campaign strategies - Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM usage - Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities - Develop pricing strategies and proposals to maximize revenue and profitability - Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales methodology and standards - Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership - Lead contract negotiations and closing of strategic deals - Maintain accountability across the sales team through coaching and performance management - Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on results and continuous improvement Qualifications - Proven experience in a sales leadership role (e.g., Sales Director, VP of Sales, or similar) - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets - Strong experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams - Expertise in B2B sales, preferably within MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or technology sectors - Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and go-to-market strategies - Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools - Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions - Strong understanding of sales pipelines, metrics, and performance management - Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership - High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required) Requirements - Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings - $10,000–$35,000+ per month potential earnings - Top performers routinely exceed this range - Multiple six-figure annual income potential Benefits - Residual monthly commissions on MSP contracts - High-ticket commissions on Web Development and Mobile App Development deals - Bonuses for large contract closures Work Environment - 100% Remote – Work from anywhere - Flexible schedule - Full autonomy Who Succeeds in This Role - Highly self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment - Strong hunters who are confident in prospecting, outreach, and closing new business - Professionals who take ownership of their pipeline and consistently follow through - Individuals who are disciplined, organized, and able to manage their own time effectively - People who are resilient and able to handle rejection while staying focused on results - Competitive personalities who are driven to exceed targets and outperform peers - Strong communicators who can build trust quickly with prospects and clients - Individuals who think long-term and are motivated to build recurring income streams - Professionals who are coachable and open to feedback, but also operate independently - People who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - Individuals who are proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems - Those who are aligned with a results-first culture and accountability-driven performance
