Strategic Sales Manager

• You independently identify and prioritize strategic hospital and MVZ accounts – from initial outreach to contract signing • You conduct in-depth discovery conversations with C-level stakeholders (board, executive management, commercial leadership) and develop compelling value stories and ROI arguments • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: pipeline management, forecasting, multi-stakeholder buy-in, and closing – structured and data-driven • You build long-term executive relationships and position medflex as a strategic digitalization partner in healthcare • You represent medflex at industry conferences and events and relay market insights directly to Product & Management

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic B2B sales, business development or account management – including at least 2 years with direct C-level engagement
  • Proven success in enterprise sales: you have navigated complex decision-making structures, developed business cases, and closed deals independently
  • Experience with SaaS products or digital solutions is a clear advantage – healthcare experience welcome but not required
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills: you understand business drivers and can communicate them clearly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Fluent German, good English
