This role ensures patient records accurately reflect diagnoses, care plans, and skilled interventions in accordance with Medicare, state, and accreditation standards. The Quality Assurance Supervisor supports clinical excellence and optimal reimbursement through staff education, auditing, and process improvement initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible for managing Quality Assurance nurses, overseeing QA workflows, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards in support of the organization’s overall mission and goals. In this role you will be responsible for: - Participates in the organization’s strategic planning activities.
