Field Service Technician
Zero Motorcycles Inc.
• Provide field service support, troubleshooting and diagnostic guidance • Conduct onsite repairs and support maintenance activities • Write service reports • Communicate and coordinate with mechanics, technicians and engineers • Conduct remote technical support • Help improve diagnostic tools • Accurately document diagnostic procedures and repair actions • Identify and document quality issues • Draft, translate and review service bulletins or service instructions
Job Requirements
- Superior studies on automotive / motorcycle: Mechanical / Electrical with at least 5 years of relevant experience in fieldwork
- Native French, Proficient in English
- Certified to work on high-voltage systems is a plus
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Atlassian platforms
- Experienced user of industrial-standard electronic test devices, instruments and tools
- In-depth understanding of motorcycles, automobiles or electric vehicles are highly beneficial
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written in English is required
- Practical and hands-on
- Must be customer-focused and service-oriented
- Strong technical and electrical skills
- Basic mechanical and motorcycle repair skills are necessary.
