Financial Analyst I
MRI Software
• Run required reports using Housing Manager or MRI software • Enter budget data into Housing Manager or MRI software • Analyze client data to prepare annual budgets for each program type • Review client data to determine the need for budget revisions • Prepare budget revisions as needed • Prepare annual operating subsidy submissions • Prepare, review, and submit VMS reports in compliance with HUD requirements and deadlines • Complete VMS reconciliations by analyzing program data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between internal records and HUD reporting • Prepare and submit additional HUD reports and required filings accurately and on time • Maintain supporting documentation for budgets, VMS reporting, reconciliations, and HUD submissions for audit and client review • Cross-train in other departmental functions as needed • Monitor HUD guidance and pronouncements to remain current on client requirements
Job Requirements
- Financial and/or accounting principles knowledge / experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with accountants and management through oral or written communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
- A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
- High School diploma or GED, Associate's degree a plus

Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Location 100% Remote (UK) This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team within Form3. • Participate in the monthly close process, supporting activities from accounting close through financial reporting and corporate finance analysis. • Support corporate finance with analysis of financial results, key performance indicators, and business drivers. • Assist with account reconciliations and supporting schedules, flux analysis, and management reporting materials • Document finance processes and identify potential improvements to controls, reporting, or workflows • Support tax and treasury-related analysis and reporting • Assist with cash flow forecasting support, reconciliations, and documentation • Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and process improvement work
• Ensure robust compliance across procurement activities, verifying documents against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies • Review, approve, and process invoices accurately; close orders once issues are corrected • Manage assigned processes under the Team Lead, meeting agreed SLAs and taking ownership of deliverables • Liaise proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and keep workflows on track • Support internal/external audits and process transitions as required • Collate, maintain, and share reports and updates with internal stakeholders • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of improved processes (including order closure support) • Provide general operational support in information processing, reporting, and internal improvement initiatives
