Senior Cloud Security Engineer Location: Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal & UK 100% Remote You’ll design, implement, and maintain defensive security controls that protect our high-availability, multi-cloud payment systems built on modern technologies. Your deep understanding of current threats, exploitation methods, and risk trade-offs will enable you to guide engineering teams on effective security features and ensure the right defensive measures are prioritised. Product Owner - US Payments Location 100% Remote (US/Canada*) This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst or Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3. This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full US Payments product suite. With previous experience working within US Payments, you will be supporting the wider team to make informed decisions, making a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3’s Payments products across the US. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate effectively across the FedNow, RTP and ACH product lines, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutions. - Partner with the wider business to initiate and support the build of future products, such as Form3’s Zelle gateway. - Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to translate product vision into actionable requirements. - Become a Subject Matter Expert on Form3’s full US payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement. - Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data. - Develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation. Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Location 100% Remote (UK) This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team within Form3. This role will act as a key financial partner to all units across the business, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to improve performance, optimise cost structures and strengthen unit economics. With previous experience leading a team of FP&A experts, you will hold responsibility for driving forecasting accuracy, commercial understanding and long-term value creation through rigorous analysis, scenario modelling and forward-looking insights. Senior Software Engineer (Go) - Batch Processing Location: Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal & UK 100% Remote THE ROLE The role consists of working in a team that owns critical batch payment processing capabilities and is focused on maintaining high levels of reliability, resilience, and production stability. Looking ahead the team have an exciting pipeline. We’re onboarding several new customers while continuing to improve our automation and onboarding processes. A key milestone for us is delivering our largest customer to date in the UK. This will increase the volume and criticality of the payments we process and supporting services. We’ll also be working on observability, and SLOs, SLIs across our services and improving our testing posture, working on our product offering, and enhancing our DR testing across multi-cloud components.
