Role Description The role supports service operations by coordinating daily technician schedules, dispatching work orders, and prioritizing repairs to ensure efficient field operations. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with customers and field teams, manages scheduling and routing to meet job requirements, and assists in tracking technician productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating closely with service leadership to maintain smooth and timely service delivery. This position offers geographic flexibility within the United States; however, applicants residing in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas will receive priority consideration. Key Responsibilities - Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs while ensuring scope of work and time requirements are well communicated. - Manage prioritization of repairs while optimizing technician assigned routes to align with job requirements. - Partner with Service Manager & Service Operations Lead to prepare bi-weekly technician schedule. - Proactively distribute work orders for jobs daily. - Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to manage schedule. - Assist with the management and recording of non-productive technician time. - Create accurate AIA invoices or service billings monthly per customer invoicing schedules and/or requirements and upload as required to third party systems. - Work with customers and collections/cash applications department for collecting payments, cash application support, unapplied cash cleanup, and resolving disputes. - Work closely with internal staff to resolve any project related issues and concerns. - Assist in subcontractor communication, to include, resolution of open payables issues. - Assist in ad-hoc/non-standard SOV creation as needed. - Work under moderate supervision to support operational, sales, and customer specific nuances for compliance and support. - Office phone support for Service-related communication. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED. - 2+ years of work experience in supporting operations or service teams. Preferred Qualifications - HVAC industry experience. - Service dispatch experience. - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), SAP and Ariba experience. - Able to build strong relationships across functions. - Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic evolving work environment. - Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
